Phone Shop Results: privacy
Last updated October 21, 2026
What this site is
Phone Shop Results is a private portal run by Dreamica Inc., operating as Digital Mystery Shop. It shows phone mystery shop results, including scores, call recordings and transcripts, to the people a client has asked us to give access to.
What we collect when you sign in
When you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name and email address and confirms that you own that address. We use your email address only to check it against the list of people the client has approved. We do not ask Google for access to your email, files, contacts or anything else. A cookie keeps you signed in for up to 14 days.
Call recordings and results
Recordings, transcripts and scorecards are stored in Digital Mystery Shop's Google Drive and are only shown to signed-in people on the client's approved list. They are never shared publicly or sold, and are kept until the client asks us to delete them.
Service providers
The site runs on Vercel and reads data from Google Workspace. Both process data on our behalf to run the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
